Domains and DNS
Register or transfer a domain, manage DNS, and prepare a name for your website.
A domain is the public name people use to reach your website. DNS connects that name to hosting, email, and other services.
Register or transfer
- Registration. Search for an available name, choose the registration term, and add privacy when offered.
- Transfer. Unlock the domain at its current registrar and obtain the transfer authorization code before checkout.
- External domain. A domain registered elsewhere can still point to a HudsonHost service by using the required DNS records.
DNS changes
Use DNS Manager in Account Manager for domains connected to your account. DNS updates may take time to appear across public resolvers. Avoid deleting records you do not recognize, especially MX, TXT, and verification records used by email or third-party services.
