Using Account Manager
Manage your profile, services, websites, orders, domains, and Help Center tickets.
Account Manager is the private customer portal for everything you purchase or create with HudsonHost.

- See account details, recent activity, and shortcuts to your services.
- Profile and security
- Update your contact information, password, and account preferences.
- Affiliate Program
- Open HudsonHost affiliate tools when the program is configured.
Services
- Websites
- Open saved AI Builder projects and continue editing them.
- Hosting and VPS
- Review active services, status, and available management actions.
- Add a service
- Choose from the current Element plans, domain registration, and available additions.
Billing
- Orders
- Review order totals, payment status, and fulfillment progress.
- Service changes
- Request supported upgrades or changes from the related service.
Help Center
- Tickets
- Create and review private Help Center tickets.
- Replies
- Keep the complete support conversation attached to the request.
Administrator assistance
A HudsonHost administrator can securely inspect a customer record and, when necessary, use the customer view to help resolve an account issue. Never send a password, API key, or full payment credential in a Help Center ticket.
